I use an interactive journal partnered with small daily videos and suggested podcasts so you can learn while you drive, make dinner, hike or a walk around the block. Being social is crucial for our overall health. You may be launching a new career, newly divorced, kids off to college and you are wondering what is next? Building a like minded community around you is vital for longterm health. You really are like the 5 people you spend time with. I am a pro in this area after going through a divorce and reinventing my entire social circle! I have a private groups full of delicious recipes, health tips, brain facts, personal development and an incredible amount of support- you are never alone! I also host local coffees, hikes, botanical garden trips and walks along the beach. Not Local?? NO WORRIES! Coffee zooms are some of my favorite moments in my day!
These two components are required for longevity and quality of life. Being able to squat for gardening, put your luggage in the overhead, catch yourself when you trip. I partner with you to incorporate exercises at home using MICRO videos! Again, not adding more to your day but stacking habits on to what you already have in place. Do 10 push ups against the counter while you make coffee, lift dumbbells during commercials. As you get stronger, we will increase the resistance. We will utilize your surroundings - stairs, backyard. You do not need a gym membership to get monumental benefits!
As an Enrichment Leader with the Memory Care Community, I will bring my experitse in this field with regards to brain health. These habits are crucial as we "grow up." I will share the latest research on best practices to take care of your brain regardless of your family history. Your healthy lifestyle WILL make a HUGE difference !!
What does that mean? Having my practice for 8 years, the most value I see are my clients feeling SEEN and HEARD. How can I do this? By curating a LifeStyle Framework that fits their current life whether they are deep in their careers, newly single or are empty nesters. We are all unique and that means my approach needs to be unique too!
Sometimes we need a little guidance with community as we transition from careers, marriages, kids going to college. Doing what you love connects us to similar like minded people and so much beauty can bloom in the friendship arena! This is my jam! Creating connections when we are older can be very fulfilling but sometimes we just need a little direction.
We are all busy and some of us aren't known for our culinary skills (me) so the majority of my meals consist of preparation and cooking under 30 minutes! I have delicious and nutrient dense recipes so you don't have to create on your own! I will share my extensive grocery list and hundreds of lean and green recipes for every pallet! Your family will love them too!
I am here to STRESS for long term health, you MUST move. I am also here to teach you that resistance training is key to a healthy brain too! You do not need a gym membership but just your home, weights and your body! Anything you do that is more than what you are currently doing is a WIN. As you get stronger, we will increase your movement! You will also learn the importance of breathing.
